As a Gym User, when you register and use the Platform, we collect:
- Business name, address, location coordinates, operating hours
- Gym logo, photos
- Contact person name, mobile phone number, email address
- Business category and facilities offered
- Hiring requirements and job descriptions you post
As a Trainer User, we collect:
- Full name, mobile phone number, email address
- Profile photo
- City, area, location preferences
- Specialisations, certifications, years of experience, languages
- Expected salary/rate
- Professional bio
- Applications and interactions with Gyms
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, click patterns, referral source
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, analytics, and personalisation
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive limited information from third-party services we use:
- Payment confirmation data from Razorpay (we do not receive your card or bank details)
- SMS delivery confirmation from MSG91 (our OTP provider)
- WhatsApp message delivery status from WATI (when WhatsApp integration is active)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud (via OTP-based authentication)
- Process payments and manage Subscriptions and Credit Packs
- Enable Gyms to discover Trainers and vice versa
- Send service-related notifications (such as account updates, payment confirmations, hiring alerts)
- Send WhatsApp or email messages related to Platform activity (when you have authorised this)
- Respond to support queries and resolve disputes
- Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements
- Analyse usage to improve features, fix bugs, and inform product decisions
We do NOT use your information to:
- Sell to third-party data brokers
- Target advertising on external platforms based on Platform activity
4. Sharing of Information
We share your information only as follows:
With other Users: When a Gym reveals a Trainer's contact details using Credits, the Trainer's name, contact details, and profile information become visible to that specific Gym. Trainers' profile information (excluding contact details) is publicly visible to logged-in Gyms browsing the Platform.
With service providers: We share necessary information with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf:
- Razorpay (RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator) for payment processing
- MSG91 for OTP delivery via SMS
- WATI (Meta-authorised) for WhatsApp Business messaging, when enabled
- Supabase (data hosting) and Vercel (web infrastructure) for storage and hosting
- Anthropic for AI-powered features such as bio generation and intelligent search
These providers are bound by data protection obligations and may only use your data for the services they provide to us.
For legal reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or in response to a valid request by Indian government authorities, including under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the DPDP Act, and the Code of Criminal Procedure.
In business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.

We store your data in databases operated by Supabase. As required under RBI's Payment Aggregator Guidelines, all end-to-end transaction data is stored within India.

- OTP-based authentication; we do not store passwords
- Regular security audits
